Footloose Throttle Linkage

Above is a view of the Injector pump. The air line and solenoid on left
side is stop solenoid and there is a micro-switch associated with Jake Brake
immediately to the left of this(behind fan belt).
It is extremely hard to get photo's of the throttle assembly since it is
below right exhaust line going up to turbo and behind right coolant line.

Above is close up of this area. The throttle actuator is shaped like a bow
with center attached to injector pump, outside end attached to throttle cable
and inside end attached to transmission linkage. The small silver spring above
is part of my King Cruise control and the flat plate immediately below it
is the modified throttle linkage interface for same. It slides over the throttle
interface so the King Cruise does not have to pull the throttle cable to accelerate.
Originally, the throttle cable was attached here with a ball joint.

This is a view down from the top that shows the plate that was originally
fabricated to secure the throttle cable. Used a short section of angle iron,
attached it to the throttle plate with two bolts in foreground, and attached
the cable housing to side of same with "u" bolt. The plate in foreground
is cable for King Cruise. The transmission cable is beneath this plate and
is visible in lower left of photo.

Here is a view from the mack. My Cruise cable is tye wrapped to the throttle
cable and the transmission cable is below it.

Here is a close up of back side showing some of the fabricated parts.

Here is another side view that shows all three cables and the mounting plates.
