Seasonal rental of pad is preferred and includes:

Valley View Estates Association dues of $100 per season*

Each renter is responsible for metered electricity on a monthly basis(2004 rates are approximately .11/Kwh) in addition to local phone and cable TV access charges(Time Warner can install Cable TV and phone wiring is in place).

* Valley View Estates Lot Owners Association assesses ALL lot owners and renters an annual(or monthly) membership fee to support the facilities and activities. The fee for rentals is $20.00/month or $100.00 maximum for season (6 months).

2006-2007 Winter Season Rates (November through April):

• 6 Month seasonal rent for pad is $1000 (Approx $166/month)

• Monthly rent for pad is $225/month (If available).

• A $100 deposit will be required to hold either lot for seasonal rental.
