Valley View Estates is a mobile home and RV park located
within the city limits of Mission Texas.
We are an over 55 park and all lots are privately owned by individuals.
The park is managed by a non-profit home owners association with a board of
directors elected by lot owners.
Most of the lots in Valley View Estates are zoned for dual occupancy where one
RV is allowed in addition to a Mobile Home, or two RV's, and many of the RV
pads are rented out by lot owners during the winter months.
Our park is convientantly located between the new Expressway
83 and Business 83 on the East side of Mission and is less than 1 mile from
the local Super Wal Mart, Home Depot and Camping World.
Our location provides easy access to virtually everything in the Rio Grande
Valley.
We have a private swimming pool and hot tub in addition
to a large club house with auditorium and kitchen facilities. We also have a
pool and game room with 3 pool tables and poker table. There are daily planned
activities for owners and renters during the winter season.

We generally have a number of lots for sale by
owners and many RV pads that are rented during the winter season by the same
owners.
The primary purpose of this website is to provide perspective purchasers or rentors
a means of communicating with current lot owners and distribute current Association information to all members.
